Terms and Conditions

  1. Prices and availability

Wildhive adopts dynamic pricing and the price of our rooms fluctuates based on demand. When you make a reservation request, we'll give you the total price for the rooms and the number of nights you've requested. The price you pay is the price quoted at the time of reservation.

Room prices are per room, per night and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate at the time of your reservation. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your reservation and the date of your stay, we may adjust the rate of VAT but the price you pay will remain the same.

Meals and other extras are not included in the room price but you may be able to add them to your reservation during the booking process or they may be available to you during your stay.

Although we endeavour to ensure that our website, third-party booking sites, and other marketing materials relating to our prices and services are accurate, the content and information are provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice you should rely upon. We make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that such content and rate is accurate, complete, or up-to-date.

  1. Deposit

In order to guarantee the reservation, a deposit equal to the value of the first night's accommodation rate is required at the time of booking.

All major credit & debit cards are accepted as methods of payment and deposit. No booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit described in this paragraph have been provided.

  1. Payments

We accept the following methods of payment:

(a) credit cards: American Express, MasterCard/Diners International, Diners Club, JCB International Credit Card, Visa

(b) debit cards: Visa/Delta, Visa/Electron and Maestro

At the time of check-in, we will authorise the accommodation charges (room rate, VAT and any service charge) and anticipated incidentals for the duration of your stay against your credit/card.

We may also choose to accept a deposit in place of payment card authorisation by another valid form of payment, including cash or cheque.

  1. Cancellations

Best Available Rate: Bookings made at our best available rate can be cancelled without charge up to 2pm, 72 hours prior to arrival local time. Cancellation and non-arrival charges apply after 2pm, 72 hours before the confirmed arrival date and will be charged to the credit/debit card supplied at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge for the full accommodation amount per room booked if the above cancellation requirements are not met.

All other rates, packages and promotions are subject to bespoke terms and conditions. Please refer to confirmation emails relating to accommodation booked.

All rates offered are subject to availability and can be amended at any time.

  1. Arrivals and departures

Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11am on the morning of departure. On arrival please park at the front of the hotel where our house porter will be able to assist you with all your luggage and also park your car if needed.

  1. Children

Children are allowed in any part of the hotel, but we do ask that they remain under adult supervision at all times.

  1. Pets

Dogs are only permitted to stay in Room 16 of the hotel and in the Treehouses. There is a £30 charge per stay for dogs.If you’re planning on bringing a dog with you, please get in contact with our team.

  1. Smoking

The hotel operates a strict no smoking policy in all bedrooms and public areas. Breach of this policy will result in charges equal to any revenue lost from not being able to re-let the bedroom.

  1. Service charges

A service charge will be added to your food bills if you are to dine at the hotel or have drinks in the public area. We hope you enjoy the food and service, and we will add a suggested 12.5% service charge to your bill. If the service wasn't up to scratch, you’re not obliged to pay it, but do let us know what we could do better.

  1. Valuables

Any equipment and valuables left on the premises are left at the guest’s risk and we do not accept any liability if anything was to happen with any valuables.

  1. Fire safety

The hotel will always have fire trained staff on the premises at all times and will keep all staff and guests safe to the best of their abilities.

  1. CCTV

CCTV is placed around the whole of the 35 acres of land and of the property of Wildhive, Callow Hall. Security of the hotel will be monitored 24 hours a day with a staff member being on the premises.
